​How to prepare for a facial massage

The day before
Drink at least 1.5L of water Good hydration supports your skin, muscles, and lymphatic flow. It helps your face respond better to the massage. -
Eat before the massage
Avoid coming on an empty stomach — it may cause discomfort or tiredness during the session. -
Clothing
Please wear loose, cozy clothes that make you feel relaxed. -
Skin prep
Come with clean skin if possible Please remove makeup and don’t apply oils or heavy creams before your visit. -
Jewelry & hair
Take off earrings and necklaces. Leave your hair loose — I will also massage your scalp gently using natural oil, so the roots may feel a little oily afterwards. -
Enjoy your moment
Turn off your phone and watch alerts. This is your time to fully relax.

After a facial massage
After a face massage, your skin becomes more open, sensitive, and ready to renew itself.
To protect your skin and keep the effect longer, please follow these simple steps:

Hydration
Moisturize your skin after the massage. Use a gentle cream or light oil that fits your skin type.

Avoid makeup
Let your skin rest and breathe after the massage.
Try not to apply makeup for a few hours — or even better, for the rest of the day if possible. -
Avoid the sun
After the massage, your skin is more sensitive.
Avoid direct sunlight and don’t go into strong sun for at least 24 hours. -
Don’t rub your face
Be gentle with your skin.
Avoid rough towels or strong pressure — softly pat your face dry instead. -
Drink water
Hydration from inside is just as important.
Drink enough water to help your skin stay healthy, fresh, and glowing. -
Avoid alcohol and cigarettes
These can slow down your skin’s recovery and reduce the benefits of the massage.
Try to avoid them for the rest of the day.
